Volunteer
Volunteer
PRLC relies on dedicated volunteers to fulfill its mission to preserve Pound Ridge lands forever. Throughout the year, we welcome volunteers to join us for work sessions to maintain our preserves. This includes opportunities to do trail clean up, native plant protection, invasive species removal, monitoring, and much more.
Group Volunteering
PRLC can also help you structure a volunteer day for your work or school – a rewarding and engaging opportunity to bring your group outside and educate them about Pound Ridge’s unique ecosystem.
Volunteer Land Stewards
Looking to make a greater impact? PRLC has dedicated volunteer land stewards who ensure that each of our preserves remain beautiful and safe for our visitors.
Intern
PRLC’s ability to engage the next generation of conservation is essential to our mission.
Every year, we invite high school and college students to join us for a fulfilling internship that offers hands-on learning experience in modern conservation efforts. Working closely with Dave Prosser, PRLC’s Land Steward, the Board of Directors, and local volunteers, interns have a front-row seat to protecting Pound Ridge’s natural world.

Stay tuned for 2025!
